Refund Policy

At LitCoco, our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 15-day refund policy on all items.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your LitCoco purchase, you can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Custom, personalized, or final sale items are non-refundable.

To start the return process, please email us at support@litcoco.com with your order number and specify which item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions and email you a prepaid return shipping label to send your package back at no cost.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund based on the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive your refund in 5-7 business days after the return is completed.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective item, or simply want to exchange your purchase for a different product, size or color, we are happy to help.

To request an exchange, please email us at support@litcoco.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions to ship the original item back and will ship the replacement as soon as the return is received at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

LitCoco will cover the shipping costs for return shipping labels in case of damaged, defective, wrong items shipped, or exchanges.

For regular returns because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using the prepaid label provided for convenience and tracking purposes.

Sale and Discount Items

Sale, clearance, or other discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

Processing Time

We will process refunds within 2-3 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
